- The Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA), in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), has scheduled comprehensive mock drills across 27 locations in Assam on May 7, 2025. These exercises aim to assess and enhance the state’s preparedness for various disaster scenarios, ensuring effective response mechanisms are in place.
