Project Overview: The Ludhua Tea Estate spans 22 acres and is known for producing quality black and green teas. The proposed eco-tourism project will feature a scenic lake with boating facilities, a unique roof bridge, children’s play areas, nature trails, and spaces showcasing local handicrafts and traditional cuisine.

Implementation Timeline: A detailed project report (DPR) is currently being prepared. The tender process is expected to commence within the next one and a half months, with construction slated to begin within three months.

He likened the natural beauty of Ludhua Tea Estate to that of Darjeeling, highlighting its potential to offer a similar experience to visitors.
