Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia convened in Guwahati to discuss a comprehensive five-point development strategy aimed at accelerating Assam’s economic growth. This initiative aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of transforming the Northeastern states, collectively referred to as the “Ashtalakshmi” region.
