- Raj Bhavan, Assam, and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to initiate the Gyan Kalyan Project, a pioneering digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing the operations of the Governor’s office.
